Lane Construction is leader in the supermarket industry. With over 60 years serving the majority of the super market retail chains in the North East, Lane Construction has the knowledge and experience to handle any supermarket build out which may arise. In the Parsippany remodel, we have done a number of projects over the years. This particular remodel included demolishing the adjacent tenants space and building that area out to ShopRite’s specifications which ultimately resulted in a ShopRite liquor store. While this remodel was going on, Lane Construction was also hired to build a “Shop from Home” on the opposite side of the building. To make the remodel even more complex, Lane Construction also remodeled the pharmacy in the center of the store at the same time as the other two builds. Lane Construction was able to manage these three projects simultaneously while keeping the store operational and most importantly, safe to the store shoppers. The project was again delivered to the client on schedule and on budget.
