Whole Foods Market
Morristown, NJ
This was a fun project that Lane Construction had the privilege of being part of. Whole Foods Markets took over an existing vacant building which was in very bad shape. The entire interior of the building, including the entire floor along with much of the fill underneath the slab was removed. Once the demo portion of the job was complete, only the exterior walls and roof remained. Lane Construction then rebuilt the entire store scheduling and organizing over twenty subcontractors. The build was completed on schedule and on budget.
Lane Construction is also heavily involved in Sustainable Construction and Green Building and chooses to uses renewable resources when possible. On this project, Lane Construction worked hand in hand with Whole Foods and the subcontractors to achieve a LEED Gold award for delivering a high quality construction build out to the owner while delivering a green building rating for using sustainable and green building materials and practices.
