Day care facilities are known for having extremely high standards in regards to state regulations in order to get their licenses. Lane Construction took an old abandoned warehouse and converted it into the top daycare facility in the area. This project had a number of obstacles, such as doing site work in winter conditions, raising the entire grade of the site four feet higher than what was existing, and keeping a very aggressive schedule. In the end, the project was a complete success and once again, came in on time and on budget.
