Another ShopRite that Lane Construction was able to do was the ShopRite in Kearny. Lane was hired to design, manage and construct the new front façade of the building. Lane worked hand in hand with the architect to design and deliver a look that was appealing to the client along with a design that was approved by the town’s building department. Once this phase of the project was complete, Lane then acquired building permits from the town and constructed the new façade faster than was scheduled and on budget. Shortly after the exterior or the building was complete, Lane Construction was then hired to add a “Shop from Home” to the interior of the building. Lane Construction was able to work hand in hand with the store to keep the existing store areas operational while providing a safe shopping area for the stores customers. Again the project was completed on time and on budget.
